How much is a consultation?
Consultations in Christian, Greene, and Taney counties are complimentary.
There is a fee of $50-$135 for out of area consultations with the fee
applied to contract prices. Out of state consultations require private
negotiations. Color and home decor consultations are available and are
billed hourly.
How does the process take place?
During the initial consultation, overall decorating ideas and colors are discussed and elaborated on, taking into account the client’s desires and budget. Potential clients will have the opportunity to select finishes from a portfolio or discuss the possibility of having something specific created. Measurements are taken at this time.
A proposal will be mailed and if approved a fifty percent (50%) deposit is required. We will discuss custom sample board dates and schedule work dates. A sample board is a sample of the proposed finish in the colors chosen during the initial consultation. No work is started until all parties involved have approved the finish(s) and color(s). Complete care is taken to protect the client’s home or business.
How much are your services?
Pricing is typically by the square foot and type of finish, taking into account unusually high or difficult areas. For decorative finishes that require smooth surfaces an extra fee will be added for wall preparation if the surface has existing texture and requires smoothing. A budget is discussed during initial consultation. Final payment is due upon completion.
